Improved Sensing Circuit
This circuit is a new innovation in piezo sensor sampling. We have developed a new high resolution sampling circuit that provides full scale of 24 bits. Coupled with a low power 3V micro controller and memory, this circuit will revolutionize the memory recorder market.
Typical specification includes 1 million samples, 1 second minimum sample rate, 150°C (300°F) operating temperature, and less than 2 mA sampling power draw. This circuit will operate reliably at 180°C (350°F) with reduced life span typical of Surface Mount Technology.
Custom Packaging Solutions
The traditional mechanical package is an o-ring sealed design with an Inconel housing set. This package is available in a number of standard sizes ranging from 0.75” to 1.5” OD. DataCan also offers a premium mechanical package that includes an electron beam welded transducer and tool housing and a metal to metal seal joint.
Our custom packaging solutions allows us to work quickly to provide the best solution to your needs. We can save energy by matching correct package to your needs. For example, we can save you money by offering a sweet service solution made of Stainless Steel. By contrast, we can evaluate the benefits of providing a fleet of fully welded tools. The trade off between the two is the reduction of costs by way of volume.
